Food: Best in Show
Every year Australia’s food judges decide on the best produce in the land. But how right are they? Journalist and cheese judge Mike Butler went behind the scenes of the pinnacle food competition, the Sydney Royal, to find out not only what it takes to get a gold medal but whether they’re worth the hype.
